Our family’s baking tradition began in 1951 in Melbourne, Australia, when our founder Mr. Jeno Bineth first opened his bakery. Since establishing Montreal Kosher Bakery in 1976, three generations of our family have proudly continued this legacy, preserving authentic recipes and time-honored baking methods.
